1. Terms & Conditions
By accessing or using this website (the "Site"), you agree to the terms set out below. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated version.
2. No Affiliation
The Site is an independent, unofficial directory that consolidates and summarises publicly available information about AI models, hardware, cloud hosting providers and related benchmarks, drawn from a variety of third-party sources including provider websites, model cards, public APIs, and community-published data.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any model developer, hardware manufacturer, cloud provider, or other organisation referenced or listed on the Site, unless explicitly stated otherwise. All product names, logos, trademarks and brand names mentioned belong to their respective owners, and their appearance on the Site does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement in either direction.
3. Accuracy & No Liability
Content on the Site — including model specifications, benchmark scores, pricing, hardware requirements, availability, ratings, rankings and any comparisons — is provided for informational purposes only and on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We make reasonable efforts to keep information current and to note when data was last synced against upstream sources, but we do not guarantee that any information on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, or up to date. Model providers change specifications, pricing and availability without notice, and third-party data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental or consequential — arising from:
- your reliance on any information, rating, comparison or recommendation presented on the Site;
- decisions made about purchasing, downloading, deploying or paying for any hardware, software, model or hosting service based on Site content;
- errors, omissions or inaccuracies in third-party data displayed on the Site;
- downtime, data loss, or interruption of the Site or any API it provides;
- use of, or inability to use, the Site for any reason.
Nothing on the Site constitutes professional, technical, financial or legal advice. Always verify critical details (pricing, licensing terms, hardware compatibility) directly with the original provider before making a decision.
4. Third-Party Content & Intellectual Property
Logos, product names, screenshots and descriptions of third-party models, hardware and services remain the property of their respective owners and are used here solely to identify and describe the products being catalogued (nominative fair use). If you are a rights holder and believe content on the Site should be removed or corrected, please get in touch using the contact details below and we will address it promptly.
Original text, design, code and compilation of the directory itself (the selection, arrangement and presentation of the listed data) is owned by the Site operator unless otherwise noted, and may not be scraped, republished or resold in bulk without permission.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its underlying systems;
- scrape or bulk-extract Site content at a rate or in a manner not permitted by our published API terms;
- misrepresent Site content as being official, sponsored, or verified by any listed provider.
6. API Access
Where we provide a public read-only API for accessing directory data, it is offered on a best-effort basis, without uptime guarantees, and may be rate-limited, changed, or withdrawn at any time. Data returned by the API carries the same accuracy limitations and disclaimers described in Section 3 above.
7. Privacy Statement
This section explains, in plain terms, what happens with information when you use the Site.
What we collect
We aim to collect as little personal data as possible. Depending on how you use the Site, this may include:
- basic technical data automatically logged by our hosting/analytics infrastructure (e.g. IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) — mainly used for security, rate limiting and understanding overall usage;
- information you voluntarily provide, such as an email address if you request an API key or contact us with a question or takedown request;
- preferences you set on the Site (e.g. filter or sort settings), which are typically stored locally in your browser rather than sent to us — see Section 8.
What we don't do
- We do not sell personal data to third parties.
- We do not require an account to browse the directory.
- We do not knowingly collect data from children.
How information is used
Any data we do collect is used only to operate, secure and improve the Site (for example, detecting abuse of the API, understanding which pages are useful, or responding to a support request) — never for purposes unrelated to running the Site.
Your rights
Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. Contact us using the details below and we'll respond as required by applicable law.
8. Cookies & Local Storage
The Site may use minimal cookies or browser local storage strictly to remember your preferences (such as filter and sort settings on the directory page) and, where applicable, for basic analytics. These are not used to build advertising profiles, and you can clear them at any time through your browser settings without losing access to the Site.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site links out to third-party websites (model providers, hardware vendors, cloud hosts, community pages, and similar). We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those external sites. Visiting them is at your own discretion and subject to their own terms.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise this page from time to time to reflect changes to the Site, legal requirements, or how data is handled. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected here rather than notified individually.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms, a correction request, or a privacy request can be sent to us and we'll aim to respond promptly.
